Identity & Contact Data: Your full name, delivery address, postal pincode, email address, and mobile phone number provided at checkout or account registration.

Order & Transaction Details: Items purchased, order value, payment status, and order tracking identifiers. All financial payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords on our servers.

Verification & Claims Media: Continuous unboxing videos, photographs, and related documentation submitted by you when requesting order support, damage claims, or return authorizations.

Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and browsing interactions captured through essential session cookies and optional analytics (subject to your consent).

Order Fulfillment & Delivery: To process your order, prepare and pack items at our atelier, and complete courier delivery to your address.

Logistics & Status Notifications: To communicate order confirmations, dispatch notices, and tracking updates via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention: To securely authenticate transactions and prevent fraudulent chargebacks or abusive claims.

Customer Care & Dispute Resolution: To respond to inquiries, evaluate return/damage claims with our courier partner, and fulfill statutory tax and legal accounting obligations.

Advertising & Analytics: We use Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager to process analytics and for advertising purposes. Meta and Google act as our advertising and analytics processors.

Logistics Partners (Delhivery): We share your recipient name, shipping address, landmark, pincode, and contact number with Delhivery exclusively to facilitate order dispatch, transit handling, and delivery tracking.

Payment Processing (Razorpay): Transaction data is processed via Razorpay’s encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Statutory Authorities: We may disclose data if mandated by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.

We retain order, billing, and transaction records for the duration required under Indian tax, corporate, and consumer protection laws.

Support correspondence, unboxing videos, and damage claim records are retained only as long as necessary to resolve claims and satisfy courier reconciliation.

We implement TLS/HTTPS encryption across all web traffic, strict role-based data access controls, and industry-standard security practices. However, no internet transmission is 100% immune from unforeseen vulnerabilities.

Access & Correction: You have the right to request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and ask for inaccuracies to be corrected.
