Where and how fast do you ship?
We ship across India where the courier can reach. Checkout confirms pin availability — not a locked date. Most parcels arrive around a week after they leave the atelier. Tracking is shared once your piece is with the courier.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed pieces with all original tags, packing, and muslin wrap intact. When the parcel arrives, please record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package through to the saree — we ask for this if you request a return or report damage. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to begin a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us within 48 hours with your unboxing video and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
