We ship across India to serviceable pincodes. Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1 working day. Fulfilled via Delhivery, delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 business days depending on destination pincode. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed pieces with all original tags, labels, and muslin wrap intact. We require a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the sealed parcel to verify condition. Contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@museofthanu.com to initiate a request.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us within 48 hours with your continuous unboxing video, photographs of the damage, and outer packaging. Please retain all original courier packaging and tags so we can resolve the matter with our logistics partner.
